Just stopping in quickly on this Labour Day Monday to say that I DIDN’T EAT ANY FAIR FOOD THIS WEEKEND. Holy crap. It’s a miracle!! A Labour Day MIRACLE!!!
But? The crappy part? I weighed myself Saturday morning, and I was down a total of 8.6 lbs since my very first weigh-in. I was ecstatic. Then I weighed myself again this morning (as I mentioned, I’m obsessed with the scales these days), and I was UP 2 lbs. Dammit!! I might as well have eaten a deep-fried Mars bar or a Beavertail and at least I would have felt like I DESERVED those two pounds!!
Frig.
So. To divert my attention from those two stupid pounds and to cheer myself up, I’m going to look at pictures of my adorable new baby cousins, whom I finally got to meet on Saturday.

That's great that you stuck it out and kept to your goal, not eating fair food!! Awesome, you must feel so great and healthy! And really, what did you miss that you can't make yourself?!
Everything has a healthy alternative, if you really need pizza, make a nice healthy home-made version for yourself. Whole-wheat dough, low-fat sauce and loads of veggies!
