Some are better at covering it up than others, some don't cover up and at and seek and accept the help they need, and some simply don't know they are ill. I think we should tell those we see struggling that we are here for them and that we love them, every chance we get, even if they don't understand it at the moment, even if they reject us, let's just keep telling them and stay connected then we won't have to wonder if they knew.. It's battle to be sure but one I am absolutely confident can be won. I think our approach needs to change. Mental illness is nothing to be ashamed of and nothing to fear. People who are mentally ill are not less than.. And yeah..
