We both start to think about the implications of real bad things (like actual killers, ghosts aren't so bad) and we never sleep.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-34275321.post-23484055091428696522012-09-20T16:10:52.408-04:002012-09-20T16:10:52.408-04:00Yeah you're on your own... My best friends in high school always tried to get me to watch scary stuff and I would just go in the other room and stare our the window if I had too. We had a way to scary experience with a Ouija board once and that pretty much cemented my fear of all things paranormal of even science fiction for that matter. Harry Potter and the Lord of the Rings kind of creep me out too! Hunger Games and anything with vampires for the most part I'm good but I can't watch any horror or overly scary movies as I end up with really bad nightmares. But I also have to thank movies like Scary Movie and all the other spoof-offs because I can actually stomach watching them now - Texas Chainsaw Massacre though...I'm with you on that - I still can't watch it without getting up and walking away because I'm too freaked out. I just can't and listening to one is just as bad. My son just bought ALL of the 'Nightmare On Elm Street' movies and even though those are cheesy horror flicks they're still scary to me! Funny you mention the 3am thing. I can't stand to wake up and see the clock at 3:15am. That's when the Amityville Horror killings started happening. Ugh.. And what's up with Criminal Minds? I LOVE that show! :)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-34275321.post-22126271762392745132012-09-20T11:58:28.633-04:002012-09-20T11:58:28.633-04:00I have never been a fan of scary movies. For me it started at age 5 watching Dracula--the really old black and white Bela Lugosi version. I was scared for months after that and never got on the scary movie train.
I once read a book in the bathroom of our tiny apartment so I would have to watch the scary movie Nick and his friends were watching.VandyJhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02874470026207258769noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-34275321.post-12972169422365379882012-09-20T11:11:20.896-04:002012-09-20T11:11:20.896-04:00i LOVE scary movies!

I brought Ruby to bed with me after I watched it... cuz my unconcious 4 yr old could totally protect me from evil spirits, right?
I LOVE the remakes of the Texas Chainsaw movies! LOVE! ;)
The only remake I HATED and will NEVER watch again - The Hills Have Eyes. Have you seen it? DON'T!!Lena B, Actuallyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00703427754957438259noreply@blogger.com
